Multicraft is looking for an Inside Sales employee in Amstelveen. As English is the main language used within our company, this job description is written in English.

• *Tasks in this function are:**

• Supports the account managers with day to day business for communication with their customers
• Process orders and sent order confirmation to the customer
• Proactively support direct customer on their order planning (forecasting) and logistic arrangement including Drop ship
• Understand ERP system and is able to clearly communicate lead time and delivery information to the customer
• Anticipate and respond actively and sensitively in meeting the needs of internal and external customers. Initiate/ participate actively in customer satisfaction improvement actions
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality in his/her own work. Recognize that own output is another's input in the global sales team. Completes assignments in an accurate, thorough and timely manner

• *QUALIFICATIONS:**

• Education: MBO
• Required professional certificate: MBO
• Languages: Fluent in English (speaking and writing), other European languages is a plus.
• Work experience in sales of logistics (years):  0-5
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft Office
• Entitled to work in The Netherlands

• *PERSONALITY:**

Positive attitude; Team player; able to communicate in a clear and effective way.

Wat bieden wij vanuit Multicraft Uitzendbureau

De arbeidsvoorwaarden worden bepaald door het bedrijf waarvoor je aan de slag gaat:

• 40 hours a week (08.30-17.00)
• € 2900,- Monthly gross

Volgens de NBBU-cao voor Uitzendkrachten word je beloond volgens de inlenersbeloning. Dit betekent dat jouw beloning minimaal gelijk is aan die van medewerkers in dienst van de opdrachtgever, werkzaam in een gelijke of gelijkwaardige functie.Op de volgende zaken kun je rekenen:- Een eerlijk en marktconform salaris;- ATV-compensatie, toeslagen, reiskostenvergoeding, periodieke en initiële salarisverhogingen zoals die gelden bij het bedrijf waarvoor je gaat werken.
