Are you a results-driven HR professional who thrives on clarity, structure, and leadership?  We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager with solid experience to take ownership of European HR operations. A proven track record in Compensation & Benefits within an international organization is essential. This role offers a clear scope, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to make a real impact within a dynamic, international organization.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the HR department in the Netherlands and supporting the back-office function in Germany. You will ensure that modern, transparent, and effective HR practices are in place, aligning employee needs with long-term business goals. You work closely with the General Manager HR to define strategy, lead large-scale projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and align HR strategy with company objectives, set goals, and lead key initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire the HR team through daily support and structured development plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, align with general managers, and proactively manage feedback loops.
  • Oversee policies, audits, financial planning, and legal compliance, ensuring high-quality HR delivery.

What do you bring to the table?
We are looking for someone with strong leadership and coaching skills. You are experienced with change management and implementing corporate policies. A structured, strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills. Additionally:

  • Minimum of 8 years' of HR experience within an international environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law, pension schemes, and international HR practices.
  • Fluency in English; advanced level of Dutch preferred.

What’s in it for you?

  • A monthly gross salary up to € 6.400,- based on 37,5 hours.
  • 8% holiday allowance and 28 vacation days.

  • Travel allowance of € 0,21 per km or full reimbursement of public transport. 
  • Hybrid working and the possibility to work 10 days per year from a remote location. 
  • A € 40,- (net) internet allowance per month.
  • Occasional travel to Germany may be required.
