What You’ll be expected to Do

As a Marketing Coordinator/Specialist, you will:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, retail activations, and brand events.
• Support the coordination of seasonal marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and global campaigns.
• Work closely with creative, e-commerce, social media, and retail teams to develop engaging content that reflects brand identity.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights through data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with regional partners, agencies, and vendors to manage campaign deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to the organization of high-profile events, pop-ups, and retail activations to elevate customer experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Who You Are

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• You have excellent communication skills in English (written en verbal).
• You have 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
• You have strong project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• You are proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and social media management tools.
• You are passionate about fashion, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
• You are proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a creative mindset.
