Wat ga je doen?

NürnbergMesse GmbH is in charge of a German Pavilion at IBC 2024, taking place from September 13-16, 2024 at the RAI exhibition center. 

For this we are looking for 2 persons who will be responsible for the following tasks:

•    Support the project manager at the information desk (distribution of information material, provide information to visitors, etc.)

•    After briefing responsible for the catering (preparation and serving of snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks; afterwards clear away and do the dishes etc.)

•    Keeping the information and lounge area clean

•    Support the project manager while shopping the food for the catering (on day before the exhibitions starts) 

You are perfect for this job when you

•    have very good knowledge of English and optionally German

Extra informatie

Working days will be on September 12 for preparing the stand (approx. 5 hours) and from September 13–16 daily from around 9.30 am – 6 pm. You will have 1 hour lunch break on the show days. Drinks and snacks are free on the stand for you.
