In this role you will be working from home.

What will you be doing:


  • First point of contact in the sales proces;
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about the products and processes;
  • Interface effectively with potential clients;
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities;
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails;
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services;
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives;
  • Make well balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate of the brand;
  • Follow the agreed turnaround times and standards of quality;
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions;
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues to management.

  • A salary from €14,- per hour;
  • Paid weekly;

Wat vragen wij?

  • Minimum MBO 4 or Associates degree;
  • 1 year experience of inside sales/customer engagement (outbound selling is a plus);
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian;
  • An excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively convey our message in meetings as well as through cold calling, outbound calling, and mail conversations;
  • An emotionally intelligent networker, who gets energy from connecting to customers;
  • A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional and fast-paced environments;
  • Problem solver, attention to details, communicative, proactive with a strong work ethic plus passion for ensuring a world class user support experience;
  • Affinity to social media platforms and pop culture is a pre.
