You do not need previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations. At Bausch + Lomb, we value your motivation, reliability, and work ethic more than your background. You will work in an international environment with fixed working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), and enjoy excellent benefits including a 13th-month salary and 25 vacation days per year.
You will play an important role in ensuring that customers around the world receive our products on time and in perfect condition. With the right training and guidance, you will quickly learn our processes and quality standards. From receiving goods to picking and shipping orders, you will help ensure that customers worldwide can rely on our products.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods.
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
- Sorting, labeling, and storing products in the correct warehouse locations.
We are preparing for an upcoming move to a new warehouse facility in Aalsmeer, which means an exciting and dynamic period lies ahead. In addition to your daily responsibilities, you may be asked to help support this transition. This may occasionally require flexibility to work in the evenings and/or weekends. Any additional hours will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

For this role, we focus primarily on who you are and how you approach your work. Previous warehouse experience is not required, nor is a logistics qualification.
