As a metal production worker, you will work full-time in Amsterdam. You work Monday through Friday, during the day, in a close-knit team where collaboration is key. In this role, you can take on various tasks and develop yourself within a stable company with plenty of growth opportunities. The company invests in your knowledge and skills so you can take on more responsibilities over time. The position is for an indefinite period, allowing you to really immerse yourself in the work and processes.
You start your workday by custom-making air ducts for mechanical ventilation systems. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that up to 150 air ducts are ready for delivery to construction sites throughout the Netherlands every day. You regularly alternate tasks to keep the work varied: sawing, burning holes, assembling fittings, welding, or insulating. This keeps your job as a metal production worker challenging and educational. No day is the same, because tomorrow you might start by bundling all assembly packages.
