As a Technical Architect A, you are responsible for guiding the technical direction of a complex digital technology environment. You operate at both strategic and tactical levels, translating complex technical challenges into scalable, future-proof architectures that support acceleration, standardization, and modernization across the organization.

You act as a domain expert, developing and maintaining enterprise-wide architectures, defining frameworks and standards, and advising on key technical decisions across major initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and blueprints

• Provide technical leadership across projects, product teams, and operations

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture solutions

• Ensure alignment, consistency, and quality across the IT landscape

• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security, and management

• Guide implementation programs and influence technical decision-making

Areas of Expertise

1. Integration Technology

• Design architectures for data-, process-, and event-driven integrations

• Standardize APIs, messaging systems, and event-driven platforms

• Ensure interoperability and compliance across integration systems

2. Infrastructure Core / Housing / SaaS

• Design architectures for data centers, hosting, and SaaS environments

• Optimize platform performance, availability, and security

• Advise on cloud adoption, hybrid environments, and modernization strategies

Work Environment

You will be part of a digital technology function responsible for architecture, platforms, applications, data, and services that support core business operations. The role involves close collaboration with engineers, project managers, partners, and key stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable IT solutions.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in software engineering, cloud computing, integration, or infrastructure

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an architecture or senior engineering role

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks

• Deep expertise in at least one relevant domain (integration, infrastructure, or SaaS)

• Experience with security, compliance, and enterprise IT standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels
