We are seeking a skilled Project Manager ROAD to drive initiatives that ensure reliable, timely, and structured asset data management for critical infrastructure. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on complexity, takes ownership, and knows how to create momentum across multiple stakeholders.

About the ROAD program

The ROAD program focuses on enriching and securing asset data for infrastructure systems. Clear objectives have been defined for 2026, including tracks such as Fire Safety and Rainwater Drainage, with the potential for additional asset types.
You will work within a compact team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring structure, oversight, and progress from planning to realization.

Your role

As Project Manager ROAD, you will be the driving force behind multiple project and data initiatives. You operate independently, maintain focus in a continuously changing environment, and bring people on board with a clear narrative.
You combine analytical sharpness with strong communication skills, connecting teams and management effectively. Your leadership will bring focus, pace, and tangible results.

Concrete result:
By the end of 2026, you will independently deliver the established ROAD objectives for the assigned asset trajectories, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve project objectives independently, including planning, budget, and resources

• Coordinate collaboration with program and project teams while managing priorities

• Report on progress, risks, and results to stakeholders and management

• Structure tasks and create clarity in a complex environment

• Secure activities and results within the line organization by the end of 2026

Your profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a project manager in an asset management environment

• Proven experience with IT and data-driven projects in complex organizations

• Experience with decision-making and communication at senior management or executive level

• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills

• Proactive and structured work style with attention to detail and process optimization

• Energy, ownership, and the ability to motivate teams
