💼 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and AWS.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical leadership, autonomy, and the ability to work across complex systems. You will play a key role in driving technical solutions, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React and Node.js

• Build and deploy scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS

• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from design to deployment

• Plan, schedule, and manage work to meet project objectives and deadlines

• Define milestones and delegate tasks where required

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making

• Mentor junior team members and support team development

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • React

  • Node.js

  • AWS (cloud computing and deployment)

• Proven ability to work independently with high levels of responsibility

• Strong experience solving complex technical problems

• Ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to key decisions

• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
