We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Performance Management, Goal Management, and Succession & Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting key talent management modules while ensuring optimal system performance and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules including:
Performance Management (PM)
Goal Management (GM)
Succession & Development (SD)
Set up and manage:
Goal plans and performance forms
Calibration templates
Succession data models
Talent pools and development plans
Lead or support end-to-end implementations and system enhancements across PMGM and SD modules
Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR teams and end-users
Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption
Ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and compliance with internal and external policies
Analyze and report on performance, succession, and development metrics to support talent strategy decisions
Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Strong expertise in:
Performance Management (PM)
Goal Management (GM)
Succession & Development
Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations
Hands-on configuration experience across PMGM and SD modules
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in user training and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors certifications (PMGM and/or Succession & Development)
Experience working in global or enterprise environments
Additional Information
Location: Amsterdam (onsite/hybrid depending on project needs)
Duration: 6 months contract
