Job Title: Integration Developer / Interface Designer

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Integration Developer / Interface Designer with strong expertise in middleware technologies such as SAP BTP, BizTalk, and Azure. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, designing integration interfaces, and ensuring high-quality technical documentation and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze incoming requirements and align them with suitable architecture and integration patterns.

• Design and document interface strategies and technical specifications.

• Maintain the interface catalogue and ensure proper monitoring and error handling processes.

• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.

• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design decisions.

• Support troubleshooting and integration with third-party systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP BTP (IS/CPI), BizTalk, and Azure integration technologies.

• Solid understanding of middleware and enterprise integration architecture.

• Strong technical documentation and specification writing skills.

• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with Helix ITSM for support and maintenance activities.

• Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and third-party system integrations.

• Knowledge of project effort estimation and monitoring processes.
