🚀 Job Title: Senior Digital Business Analyst (eMobility & Home Energy)

📍 Amsterdam, Netherlands | Contract: 6 Months | 🟢 Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join an innovative agile team focused on eMobility and Home Energy Management (HEM) solutions. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional passionate about sustainability, smart energy, and digital innovation.

💼 Role Overview

You will be part of a forward-thinking team developing digital customer solutions such as smart charging, home battery integration, and energy optimization systems. The team is building a central app platform that enables customers to maximize the use of their sustainable energy through intelligent, automated technology.

In addition, you will contribute to a broader Digital Analytics Authority, collaborating across teams to drive best practices, maintain quality standards, and enhance data-driven decision-making.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📊 Data & Analytics

• Define, set up, and monitor KPIs to track product performance

• Analyze features and user behavior, providing actionable insights and improvement recommendations

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports

• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (including Snowflake)

📈 Experimentation & Optimization

• Identify opportunities and formulate hypotheses

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments

• Support teams in validation and continuous improvement

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as a critical sparring partner to Product Owners and development teams

• Challenge decisions related to backlog prioritization using data insights

• Promote and embed a strong data-driven culture

⚙️ Data Collection & Implementation

• Develop measurement plans and oversee implementation

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate tracking

• Implement tagging and measurement scripts via tag management systems

• Ensure all tracking is GDPR compliant and up to date

🗣️ Knowledge Sharing

• Deliver training sessions and share best practices

• Contribute to cross-team analytics initiatives

• Drive adoption of data-driven methodologies across stakeholders

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Digital Analytics

• Strong experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI management

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

• Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake

• Solid understanding of tag management systems and tracking implementation

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience in eMobility, energy, or sustainability sectors

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments

• Experience with Voice of Customer tools
