We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Data & Insights to support the development and maintenance of future-proof, compliant Business Intelligence (BI) solutions within a complex and fast-evolving environment.
This role focuses on delivering clear, actionable insights that enable data-driven decision-making and support regulatory and compliance objectives, including the prevention of financial crime.
Role Responsibilities
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for BI and data teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define solutions aligned with strategic goals
Provide an end-to-end perspective on data products, ensuring scalability and long-term value
Maintain and enhance existing data products to ensure compliance and future readiness
Support Agile/Scrum team processes and contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working
Guide team members in refining requirements and improving stakeholder engagement
Proactively identify business needs and connect data insights to decision-making processes
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a complex, fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in BI tools (preferably Power BI)
Basic knowledge of SQL
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within financial services or regulated environments
Knowledge of financial crime prevention frameworks
Familiarity with wholesale or corporate banking domains
