🔎 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IAM Developer / RBAC Specialist to support Identity and Access Management initiatives for a project based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within the organization’s IAM platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access provisioning across enterprise systems.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain RBAC models within the organization’s IAM platform
Configure roles, entitlements, and workflows to ensure secure access provisioning
Develop integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications
Support identity lifecycle management processes
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks
Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and development
✅ Required Skills & Experience
4–6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., One Identity, Azure AD)
Strong understanding of RBAC concepts, role engineering, and entitlement management
Experience developing integrations with enterprise applications
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

IAM RBAC Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
Cyber Security / IAM Professional Services experience
Strong digital development background with Python or similar technologies
